Greetings from Brazil! I am a big fan of Nigella, it's so exciting to participate in this amazing show! First of all, I felt like giving this lovely cake a format as exquisite as its flavor. Then, I added cacao, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg, which made it deliciously spicy. I combined clementine's juice with fresh honey and put it in the middle to serve as a sauce. And voilà! I wish one day I will make a scrumptious dish with Nigella in person. Warm regards!!!
