Wonderful recipe! As I didn’t have any icing sugar for the topping, I used yellow sugar. But this was the only thing I changed. I loved making this cake. The result was perfect. My “tasters” (mother and husband) praised its flavour and appearance. What I enjoyed most was the moist texture. Thank you, Nigella!
