This month’s Cookalong is especially for St Patrick’s Day. It’s Nigella’s Chocolate Guinness Cake, a rich dark cake topped with a cream cheese icing. The cake batter is simply stirred and melted in a pan before baking. Once cooled, the cake is iced on top with a classic cream cheese icing made to look like the frothy head of a Guinness. So get baking, photograph your cake, add your caption, then send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed book of Nigella’s.
