I make Nigella's Guinness cake all the time. It's equally as good as one large cake or individual cupcakes. The recipe yields around 24 cupcakes, and they bake in around 22-25 minutes. To generously top all 24 cupcakes you need to double the frosting quantities though (is that a bad thing...).
