This cake was a winner - the Guinness and cream cheese icing take the edge off the sweetness of the cake, so you’re left with an incredibly moist and more-ish cake that’s chocolatey but not too sugary. I’ve already had a request to make this again for an upcoming birthday celebration, so I’ll definitely be making this again - and soon!
