As baking is one of my favourite hobbies, what better challenge than this?! I'd never tried this recipe before but I thought I'd use it to make little chocolate Guinness cupcakes, so that my family and neighbours could take one when they came to visit - I also brought some to my university accommodation for my friends to share! I dusted the icing with cocoa powder and also made a little Guinness logo by melting chocolate and using the end of a spoon to create the shape (improvisation!), then put it in the fridge to set. I hope everyone enjoys the recipe as much as I did, and that it encourages people to get baking!
