I like my buns bigger, so doubled the recipe and made these to share on Good Friday and over the weekend. They are surprisingly fluffy, fruit filled and with just the right amount of spice. I added extra spice and threw in some vanilla to make them extra fragrant and then glazed them with honey and orange juice so that they were deliciously sticky. Perfect when served with a nice cup of tea and a little, or a lottle, of butter. So delicious. Thank you for the recipe!
