This month’s Cookalong is an Easter stalwart – Hot Cross Buns. It involves making a fruity-spiced dough, and you will need dried yeast and bread flour. This isn’t one to rush, as you leave the dough to rise overnight before you knock the dough back and shape into buns, imprinting the cross on each one with a flour and sugar paste before you bake them. Once you have made a batch, take a photograph, add your caption, then send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed book of Nigella’s. We will upload your entry, and will announce the winner at the beginning of next month.
