Happy Easter from Helsinki, Finland! My English husband and son love Hot Cross Buns and this is their favorite recipe. Lots of spices, cinnamon, ginger and my secret incredient ;) The smell is awesome! I just love baking these and bringing some English traditions to our Easter table.
