Never take your eye off the timer when baking! They taste lovely though, so despite their appearance I am turning these babies into a ‘Hot Cross Pudding’, minus the bread of course. Plus I will be spreading them with Seville Orange Marmalade as Nigella recommends in her B&B pudding. Happy Easter everyone!
