This cook was very important for me. I'm struggling with depression for some time now, and cooking has become kind of my therapy. When I saw the picture and contest and I knew I had to do this! It was a real pleasure, although I had to adapt to Polish possibilities. I made my own lemon curd and had to use different biscuits. But finally it was delicious, and simply made my day.
