Baking this dessert has always been on my list, but I never got around to it, thinking the process would be way too cumbersome. However, I finally made this Yule Log and surprisingly, it wasn't that difficult. I stuck to the recipe, only replacing the chocolate icing with coffee buttercream on the inside, coffee and chocolate being one of my favourite combinations and sprinkled some icing sugar for a wintry feeling! Even Santa came for a visit, this being my first time. We all loved it and I would surely make it again!
