This was my first Yule Log ever. I am pleased with the result and the taste! It was easy to make. I didn't have a Swiss Roll tin, I just used the baking sheet of the oven. Before eating it, make sure to take it out of the fridge a good 20 mins before, to allow the butter cream to get soft enough
