I just wanted to prepare black and white heart biscuits for Valentine. For the cocoa dough I added more sugar and put less flour, for the white one I followed exactly the same recipe. For the filling I opted for an “Imperial custard cream”, classic Italian custard cream made with eggs and milk adding butter at the end. Such a delicious result!
