This month’s Cookalong is especially for Valentine’s Day - Nigella’s Custard Cream Hearts. It’s based on the British biscuit of the same name, but cut out in heart shapes rather than the traditional rectangles. Once you’ve made the biscuit dough you could of course use any biscuit cutter you like. A custard cream icing sandwiches the two halves together but you can go freestyle on how you decorate on top of your biscuits.
