A no fuss peanut butter and jelly tart. I used peanut butter sandwich cookies for the crust, swapping vanilla pudding for lemon curd. Used triple berry jam for the swirl on top. Strew fresh fruit on and around. Watch it disappear. Have made twice, and can use plain cookies adding any nut butter to make the crust! Fun for grandkids to make as well.
