I used lotus cookies for my crumbly crust cos I think they taste nicer. Plus I made my own lemon curd which was super tangy. I couldn't find any cute small strawberries with leaves so I used some micro basil for a bit of greenery instead. Pomegranate seeds as a substitute for the redcurrants and it all tasted rather delicious. This is a brilliant summer tart Nigella , great for beginners
