|Could you have come up with a better recipe for a Western Canadian gal? I think not! Probably one of the easiest, silkiest cheesecakes I have ever made. This is definitely going on our annual Canada Day party menu. I used dark, robust Canadian maple syrup which is really lovely. Thank you.
