The Making of the Cheesecake Dyllon Offutt, Age 11,Wauwatosa,Wisconsin @dyllons_desserts When making the cheesecake, my mom and I encountered zero problems. When we were testing if the cake was done, my mom stuck a knife in the center, a little crater remains and you can see it if you zoom in. I learned how to use a scale in the making of the cake. We used the scale to measure out the ingredients. When we we were done, we put some whipped cream on top and drizzled some syrup on top. That is the making of the cheesecake.
