Maple and pecan is one of my favorite flavor combination, and this cheesecake certainly lived up to the expectations! The texture was beautiful and I loved serving it with a generous pour of maple syrup on top. I have tried to give the cake a seasonal finish with autumnal colours and leaves. I used a mixture of icing sugar and cinnamon to draw the maple leaves, it didn't impact the taste and looked really quite cute. This recipe was a success in our home
