Love baking, love baking for family and friends, love trying Nigella's recipes. What I really miss right now is having friends at home and enjoying good food and wine together. Here in Italy, food is in our souls. I really hope we will get back to normal soon and be happy all together. I love maple, I decided to top the cheesecake with home made maple granola and Maldon sea salt flakes. Good luck to all the contestants! Everything will be fine.
