In the very last second I managed to make it, and, godamn, it was freaking worth it! This base with the pecan nuts, you alredy start the recipe catched by their wonderful smell! Best cheesecake base ever! I can't help myself when it comes to cheesecake by always adding fresh fruit to it, so I did it again! Followed Nigella's recipe and at the end made a jam with kiwi and maple syrup, adding fresh chopped kiwis at the top! It was the fruit I had today, and I can say it goes really well with maple syrup, thanks to the goddesses, love it!! Thanks Nigella, you're amazing!
