I make these linzer cookies for my family every year during the holidays. They love to eat them with a thick dusting of powdered sugar and tall glasses of cold milk. The combination of hazelnuts and raspberry jam is classic, and unlike some other linzer cookie recipes I've tried, the dough is a dream to work with.
