It was a real fun to bake this recipe! It allows you to be creative so I just replaced the hazelnut with allmonds and besides the cinnamon I added just a hint of nutmeg and some orange zest! Result: a crispy, buttery delicious linzer! Filled with redcurrant jam and dusted with powdered sugar- yumm- the kiss of an angel! Can't wait to share them with the neighbours! Hope I'll have some more left by tomorrow. Thanks Nigella for this delicious challenge!
