This makes an incredible light and soft bread; the best white bread I ever baked. I had planned to follow the recipe to the letter but realised that I had no spoiled milk or sour cream so I used low fat natural yogurt instead, but the forgot to add butter! But it turned out really well. I topped the loaf with oats and black sesame seeds for extra crunch - simply heaven! Hardly any kneading and it’s indeed a perfect sandwich bread.
