Gorgeously rich chocolate cake with the most deliciously light peanut butter frosting! To personalise the recipie I added Cornish sea salt and a splash of freshly roasted coffee to the cake mixture to enhance the chocolate flavour and colour....it worked really well! I made my own salted caramel sauce as a perfect addition to have with a slice of the cake. It can be drizzled on using the cute chocolate spoon. I also added some homemade chocolate stars and Reese's peanut butter cups and Snickers pieces for decoration. My teenage son helped me make the cake which will be sharing with our neighbours and family......dropping off boxes of cake slices when we go on our daily walk tomorrow!
