The cake was an incredible dark color and deep in flavor! The cream was so wonderfully thick that I decided to make drip down the cake like an overfilled beer pint. It stayed this perky for a 30 minute car ride and a further 5 hours (didn’t test for longer because there was none left!). Definitely will make it again. One of my top 10 Nigella dessert recipes for sure.
