First week back in school with pupils at Berwickshire High School- a long week and an additional socially distanced meeting- morale boost delivered. I only had one egg so added a ripe banana. Had 100g butter so substituted butter spread for the rest. Cooked them in these little paper cups at 170 for 45 minutes. (Attempting to be Covid friendly and put a smile on some very tired teacher faces. They deserve it.)
