After spending 2 hours at a rainy football field we decided to bring Spring into our day. We were able to use fresh eggs from my parents farm and decided to add edible flowers and basil, which really enhanced the lemon flavor. Our ten year old football players gave the dessert an A++. It's a nice light and refreshing dessert.
