I made Nigellas white chocolate cheesecake for a family celebration for my daughter and her boyfriend who got engaged. I did the names with melted chocolate and decorated it with Ferrero Rocher chocolates I also tweaked the base by making it with digestive biscuits and cashew nuts I whizzed them up and added the melted butter and some maple syrup. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. I will definitely make it again It is a great recipe very versatile. Thanks Nigella
