When it's been raining for the last two weeks and summer seems to be years away, what could cheer you up better than delicious fruit tart and a big cup of tea! Best part of this? It's variable. You can use whatever berries you have around. I used Nigella's recipe and added some blackcurrants since they're also in season. The cream cheese filling is great also with lime curd. Tried both.
