I’ve been meaning to submit an entry for months and months, this cake was the perfect first Nigella competition bake! It’s so light and spongy with the perfect amount of malt flavour. It’s also made me realise how badly I need to own two cake tins!! A wonderful cake recipe, so nice to try different things every now and then!
