September: it is timely arrived, the 9th month of the year is here and early as if we were at school and patiently yet eagerly monitoring the watch on our wrist to gather when it will be the next opportunity for a feast, an occasion to evade and have a succulent break with a slice of such a delicious, decadent dessert! It’s indeed back to school time for kids and they need a bit of sweetness to endure getting back to studying and learning! Nothing better than this Nigella’s Malteser’s pudding pleasing the parents too! As the clock ticks from 9 am this September 12 slices could be cut in my cake version, one per hour for an adult or 12 at once for the group ! Looking forward to 9 o’clock: here it is made of pecans, mini meringues and hearts and it tastes excellent with coffee too!
