In honour of Halloween, I made some cute ghosts from white chocolate to decorate the cake. I did this by spooning some melted white chocolate on a line baking sheet, and then dragging downwards with the back of a spoon. For the eyes and mouth I dipped the back of a wooden skewer in the cake icing as it was resting.
