A classic rendition of Nigella’s chocolate Guinness cake. I make this every year for St. Patrick’s day and this year made with gluten free flour in an 8-inch springform which meant a bit of extra batter for a mini cake. Also made extra special with the celebration of the birth of my first niece! Got the news as the cake was waiting to be iced.
