My Guinness chocolate cake is made in a eight inch professional cake pan. My topping is Irish Cream (Baileys) in cream cheese. The coins, Guinness can and shamrock’s signify St. Patrick’s Day. Although I wasn’t born Irish, I’m Irish every St.Patrick’s Day. I’m a retired nurse who loves to bake. This is my first homemade cake and I must say it’s freaking Delicious. The hardest part of making this celebration cake was getting it under 2 mega pixels.
