Such a wonderful recipe; I made it for a tea luncheon on Sunday this week. Luckily, my husband snapped a photo of the cake just as it was being cut. I used whole fruits and raspberry coulis instead of jam. It was utterly delicious, and everyone had two pieces! Actually, it was so good, I just made another this morning.
