I used the food processor recipe with cornflour from How to Eat p27 in my stand mixer. I omitted the vanilla and added 2 tsp of rose water to the batter. Sandwiched together with rose and elderflower curd and decorated with suitably platinum jubilee coloured butter cream and rose petals. I am pleased I took this photo when it was finished as when I came down to the kitchen this morning there was only half of it left! Thumbs up from the family!
