WAITER - THERE'S A FINGER IN MY SUMMER PUDDING Am not keen on bread in puddings so we used sponge fingers. We used loganberries and blackcurrants grown in our garden and the sweetness of the loganberries offset the tang of the currants really well. Wasn't sure we could do this right but I have to say this is now my favourite pudding.
