I am submitting this entry on behalf of my mother Lyn, who made me this cake for my 21st birthday. It was without a doubt the nicest cake and possibly this nicest food I have ever eaten. She made the frosting using baileys, the balance of the cake was perfect, strong boozy notes from the Guinness and baileys paired excellently with the butter and sweet notes from the chocolate.
