While demolding the cake, I broke one of the layers and I didn’t have enough time in my hand to bake and cool another. So I kind of deconstructed it. The dessert has two layers of cake, alternating with the frosting, and topped with hazelnuts. It’s an absolute delight! Never thought that it would turn out so good.
