The best cake ever! It’s very clear that I took inspiration from Boston cream pie, but at the end of the day it’s a coffee walnut cake with some chocolate ganache. I topped it with some chocolate ganache because the combination of coffee, walnut and chocolate is heavenly, and also because there was some leftover chocolate ganache from another day, and it’s always good to use the ingredients and condiments that are available at home.
