Nigella's Honey and Chocolate cake was perfect choice for Afternoon Tea with my Sister. It was an Act of Faith putting the voluminous liquid batter into the oven and a bit of a mystery how it all came together! A teaspoon of vanilla extract and coffee expresso were only additions ....the Bees definitely enjoyed swimming in a lake of honeyed Chocolate glaze. Perfection.
