This month’s Cookalong is Nigella’s Honey Chocolate Cake, the perfect cake to mark World Bee Day on the 20th May. It is made in a springform cake tin, and then once baked and cooled, the cake is covered in a sticky honey glaze. You can then get busy and make your bees, or decorate your Honey Chocolate Cake as you like with a bee theme in mind.
Get baking and then photograph your Honey Chocolate Cake, add your caption, then send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed book of Nigella’s. We will upload your entry and will announce the winner at the beginning of next month.
