Lemon Polenta Cake I made this cake (x 3) for my 70th birthday party as needed something gluten free, and who doesn’t love lemon cake?! I froze one of the cakes. Fast forward to current holiday in Wales. The frozen cake came with and it is fussy 8 year old’s favourite breakfast. It is kind of healthy (almond flour, lemon and polenta) so all good. Try it frozen. It’s delicious.
