
The tagliata for two recipe from “Nigellissima” is a constant on my summer table. It’s perfect as written for a quick supper for two. However, as I have done here, I most often double the recipe and serve it on a big platter for casual get togethers. It ticks all the easy entertaining boxes: the flavors are bold, it’s easy to prepare, and its vibrant and summery colors present beautifully at the table! It’s a winner, and definitely one of my hip pocket regulars!
