Guinness Cake baked for my daughter Charly's 26th birthday and to celebrate her graduation. I used all the ingredients as per Nigella's recipe (as I have done before) and it went down a storm. This cake is so rich and chocolatey that you don't need much so Charly took half the cake into work (Jude's Ice Cream) and they loved it too - Nigella was properly acknowledged :) AND my 87 year old Mum drank the remaining Guinness!
