Nigella's Linzer cookies! I cannot wait to bake these cookies at Christmas (as intended) with Christmas shapes but I had to try them out first - delicious!! A biscuit for any season I think. I baked these for my parents' wedding anniversary using hearts. I was amazed how easy the recipe was and how professional they looked - I posted this photo on Instagram and had so many comments. Another Nigella triumph!
