Why everyone should make Jam... Blackberries are abundant right now and I harvested a kilo not 200 metres from my front door. I was completely absorbed and fully in the moment picking them and I wanted to carry that feeling on into my day. Making Nigella's Blackberry Jam was the perfect continuation. From hedgerow to jam jar in a couple of hours. Delicious!
