As the brisk winds of autumn have started to creep in, I have been fixated on making this delightful pumpkin bundt cake! This is a firm favourite in my household every year, as it boasts the warm flavours of the season in every bite. Although the recipe calls for canned pumpkin, I took it upon myself to use the abundance of pumpkins which are in season at the moment, and make a puree. Utter bliss!
